Morning Momentum is our energising start‑the‑day programme designed to get tamariki moving, motivated, and ready to learn. Through fun, inclusive activities, we help kids wake up well and carry positive momentum into the rest of their day.
Each week we introduce a different sport, giving tamariki the chance to try new skills, discover what they enjoy, and stay engaged through variety and play.
Every session focuses on simple movement, connection, and wellbeing habits that anyone can join in with — no experience needed. It’s a supportive space where every child can show up as they are and begin their day feeling great in their body and mind.

Our lunchtime activations are designed to support schools by creating fun, structured sporting opportunities during the busiest part of the day. These sessions bring energy and positive engagement to the playground, offering tamariki a chance to be active, try new sports, build confidence, and connect with others in a safe and inclusive environment.
By providing consistent support at lunchtime, we help schools create smoother, more settled breaks while giving tamariki meaningful ways to participate in sport—regardless of their confidence level or sporting background. These activations encourage teamwork, physical activity, and positive social interactions, helping set kids up for a great afternoon of learning.
Lunchtime activations also allow us to build strong relationships with tamariki and school staff, making sport more accessible and showing young people that being active can be fun, achievable, and for everyone.
